Carol
Keyser, President and Designated Broker
A Louisville, KY native and former Marine, Carol is the
driving force behind the success of Pinehurst Properties with
over 22 years of experience in real estate sales and management.
In 1990 Carol was encouraged by Bruce & Edythe Gissing, owners of a Herder
Home named “the Pinehurst Model” in Ventana Canyon’s Golf Villas, to develop
her own company, which she aptly named
Pinehurst Properties.
Under Carol's leadership, Pinehurst Properties is one of the
most sought after property management firms in Tucson.Today
Carol works with some of the best builders, developers, service
providers and property owners in Tucson to meet and exceed the
needs of her clients.

Mike
Keyser, Vice President of Operations
Mike is a former Marine with over 7 years experience in
banking and technology. Mike's technical training and experience
helps Pinehurst Properties to stay up-to-date with the latest
property management and real estate sales tools to stay
competitive.Mike currently splits his time between Tucson and
the San Francisco area. |

Sheldon
Larson
Sheldon
was born in Jamestown, NY, which is 60 miles south of Buffalo.
Sheldon's real estate career began in 1982 when he went to work
for his father's commercial real estate business. In 1997 he
took over the business and continues to run it today.
In 2001
Sheldon moved to Tucson with his wife Patty and two children.
Sheldon began working with Pinehurst Properties soon thereafter
in addition to starting his commercial property here. Sheldon
specializes in the management of both residential and commercial
properties.

Karen
Sedor
Karen, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio
has lived in Tucson for over 18 years. Her specialty is fine
home cleaning and maintenance and has enjoyed making your home
special for over 10 years as a part of the Pinehurst Properties
team.
Karen enjoys the clean desert living, is
married and has a beautiful three-year-old daughter Selena. Her hobbies
are gardening, water skiing, and just being a great mom!

Opal
Weaver
Opal is a retired geriatric social worker
who can always be counted on for a warm welcome and a great
smile. As the friendly receptionist at Pinehurst Properties for
over 5 years, Opal finds her position very interesting and
enjoys meeting new people each day.
Opal's hobbies are making
jewelry, baking, reading, and helping others. Opal volunteers
with the Community Food Bank and with various missions with her
church. Opal is a recipient of the Community Service Award from
the National Association of Social Workers Arizona chapter.

Hal
Ehrich
In addition to being a licensed Realtor®
specializing in home sales, Hal is a licensed Professional
Engineer. He arrived in Tucson in 1971 and was employed by an
internationally known engineering & construction company. After
a long and successful E&C career, Hal retired from the business.
Hal is a hard worker, is detail oriented and
always endeavors to make home buying or selling an enjoyable and
pleasant experience for his clients.

Judy Wendling
Upon coming to Tucson in 1997 after many years in manufacturing customer service and office management, Judy entered the Real Estate business. Judy was first a Realtor®, then an office manager and property manager. Judy is now working with home owner associations. |
